1. What is your professional/educational background?

I have been a Realtor for more than 30 years and have successfully helped thousands of area families buy and sell homes.

2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?

I am a self-motivated entrepreneur and I enjoy helping people. I saw an opportunity to develop a business, be innovative and at the same time support my family.

3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?

I currently live in North Canton. I enjoy living and serving in this community because in my opinion it has a great school system, parks, shopping and dining. It really is convenient to everything and we have excellent EMS, fire and police.

4. How do you spend your free time?

In my free time I am with my family. I am also actively involved in my church and enjoy spending time outdoors camping, hiking and kayaking.

5. In one word, how do you think your friends/family would describe you?

Dominic Fonte was my landlord prior to me buying a home. He was the best landlord anybody could possibly ask for. I knew I had to have him and his associates as my realty team. His son, Dominic Fonte jr., was my realtor. He made the home buying process simple and easy. He was able to explain all the details of every property we looked at, as well as the risks and benefits to things. Our experience with Dominic Fonte & Associates was incredible from start to finish. Dom Fonte JR was our realtor and from Day one he made everything easy for us. His knowledge and passion for the business and homes in general is bewildering. He hustled and worked hard to always be there for us and answer any questions that we had along the way. I have been renting an apartment from Dominic for the past 5 years and have had a wonderful experience! The apartment was renovated before I moved in and was clean and updated. Very few things needed maintenance while I was there, but when they did, Dominic himself responded the same day and fixed the issues within a day or two. I would highly recommend working with Dominic in any capacity. You can tell he wants the best and goes above and beyond for the people he works with!

Dom, I do not think I have really thanked you, your son or your staff for all the help once again and for everything over the years, We started in Kings Creek selling our home with you and buying and selling our home in Stonehedge to buying 33rd St, and buying and selling on 32nd St. I would not recommend anyone else to buy and sell their home other than you and Dom Jr. Thank you again for everything. You are all the best! PS.I don't think selling any of my homes took longer than 2 weeks, this one sold in 1 day!
